The devices are shipped with Intel UHD Graphics 615 version 27.20.100.9268 which doesn't work in connecting to the Wireless Display Adapter.

After updating the device with all Windows Updates, it still doesn't work.

When I install the Intel Drivers 

version 31.0.101.3413/31.0.101.2111, it does work.

Attention: Windows Update will downgrade your driver from 31.0.101.3413 to 27.20.100.9268.

TO PREVENT THE AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION OF A SPECIFIC WINDOWS UPDATE OR AN UPDATED DRIVER ON WINDOWS 10:

Download and save the "Show or hide updates" troubleshooter tool.
