Von einem nicht mehr funktionierenden System musste ich die Windows Live Mail Kontakte sichern und ins Outlook übertragen.
SOLUTION: Recover/import Windows Live Mail Contacts to new computer
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts\{GUID}\DBStore
contacts.esb --> mit LiveContactsView öffnen --> als csv speichern --> ins Outlook importieren
